Mat Latos: “I Hate SF”

I just ran into this story from RJ’s Fro – A Padres BLOG where Mat Latos autographed a ball with a little extra tidbit attached to the end of it: “I Hate SF!”

This makes me smile! The San Francisco Giants won the world series last season and all Padres fans should utter the same thoughts… We all hate those Giants!!

I love Mat’s passion for the game and I love that he hates the Giants. The Giants come to town for Padres Opening Day in PETCO and it would be awesome if Buddy Black schedules Mat to pitch in that matchup.

The ball is being sold on eBay right now and can be purchased for $300. I wish I had the extra cash sitting around so I could add that awesomeness to my collection!
