Britt McHenry, sports repoter for Fox Sports San Diego has left the station for a job back home in Washington D.C, Tom Krasovic reports  in his blog INSIDETHEPADRES.

Britt McHenry‘s time with Fox Sports San Diego was brief. The sideline reporter for Padres telecasts has returned to D.C. to take a job at a TV station. I’m told McHenry was homesick and that the gig here wasn’t working out for either side.

First the station had trouble being approved from MLB,  and is now having trouble being reached across all cable and satellite mediums, so losing  a reporter like McHenry adds more drama to the new station.
